Job Summary
Senior Training and Education Specialist for Robotics to deliver Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) training to surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare professionals. Leads training programs, partners with external training entities, collaborates with marketing and sales training teams, supports RAS system troubleshooting at the training center, manages training center logistics and equipment, and travels up to 75% to support training across geographies. Requires strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills; experience in clinical training or education for medical devices or robotic surgery; knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies; high level of autonomy and problem-solving ability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in clinical training, medical device sales with training responsibilities, or clinical education
- Associate's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in clinical training, medical device sales with training responsibilities, or clinical education
- Baccalaureate Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in clinical training, medical device sales with training responsibilities, or clinical education
