Job Summary
Senior Trainer leads company-wide training efforts for Anduril products, building and delivering world-class technical training with focus on end users from military, government, and commercial backgrounds. Responsible for managing a training team, creating repeatable systems and curricula in partnership with product teams, delivering classroom, hands-on, computer-based, and simulation-based instruction at customer sites and Anduril test sites, and maintaining current training collateral. Collaborates across product development, engineering, design, and operations to capture updates, inform new features, and ensure training remains aligned with product capabilities. Serves as the voice of customers, identifying pain points and driving improvements. Requires onsite work in Costa Mesa, CA with up to 50% travel and eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance; travel may include Hazard Zones.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience related to building, delivering and overseeing training for complex products
- Training and training management background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering training
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
