Job Summary
Senior Trainer to lead company-wide training efforts for Anduril products, building and delivering world-class technical training, managing a training team and collaboration with product and engineering teams; responsible for creating training curriculum and collateral, delivering classroom and hands-on instruction at customer sites and test sites, and translating customer feedback into product enhancements; travel up to 50% and onsite in Atlanta, with eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience related to building, delivering and overseeing training for complex products.
- Training and training management background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering training.
