Job Summary
Lead high-impact user acquisition campaigns for Tinder across main European markets, driving scale, revenue growth, and brand resonance. Own and drive scalable, performance-focused UA strategies optimized across display, social, search, and affiliation platforms. Deliver timely, actionable reporting and insights on campaign performance. Develop creative test strategies by collaborating with the design team to provide strategic context and share results for optimization. Champion channel innovation by managing relationships with online marketing partners, running test campaigns for additional scale, and staying ahead of digital trends. This role reports directly to the Senior Media Director within the global Paid Media & Growth team, which architects growth across EMEA markets for brands including Tinder, Hinge, and OkCupid.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience
- user acquisition across major platforms
- solid app experience
- hands-on expertise with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs such as Adjust, AppsFlyer)
- strong command of mobile-specific campaign tracking and attribution
- hands-on experience with key campaign tools
