Job Summary
Senior Trading Specialist to oversee daily trading platform operations (MT4/MT5 servers, LP platforms, bridges, risk and reporting systems), monitor trade flows and execution quality, execute hedging orders, detect abusive client behavior, operate PrimeXM/Your Bourse/Centroid/MahiMarkets environments, coordinate with Liquidity Providers, support hedging workflows and new product launches, and mentor junior trading ops staff.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Trading or Trading Operations
- Strong knowledge of CFD products (FX, commodities, indices, equities, crypto)
- Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 platforms and aggregation systems: PrimeXM, Your Bourse, Centroid, MahiMarkets
- Understanding of order routing, risk models (A-book/B-book), execution methods, and client trade lifecycle
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills under time pressure
- Good communication skills to interact with Liquidity Providers, Clients, and other desks
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience with FIX protocol and API trading; Familiarity with risk management workflows; SQL and Python skills; Prior team-lead experience.
