Job Summary
Senior Trades Worker responsible for facility inspections, routine maintenance and repairs across District buildings/grounds, responding to service requests, coordinating with contractors, maintaining records in the work order system, and traveling to District sites as needed; requires HVAC/generator knowledge, familiarity with electrical wiring, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and the ability to work outdoors in Florida conditions, with emphasis on safety and coordination with the Facilities Program Manager.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. and four years of experience in the trade assigned; or formal education may substitute for work experience
- Valid State of Florida Driver’s License.
