Job Summary
Senior Trade Marketing Specialist responsible for managing commercial plans and trade marketing initiatives across channels, employing data-driven segmentation and performance analysis, leading deployment of campaigns and materials to sales locations, and driving process improvements. Responsibilities include developing PPOMS & POSM segmentation for the Serbian market, collaboration with Marketing and Digital departments, budget tracking, deployment timelines, and ensuring compliance with internal and legal procedures. Requires leadership of a team, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and fluency in English and the local language. Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in commercial or trade marketing are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or trade marketing roles.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
