Job Summary
Senior Trade Analyst responsible for varied trade functions within Livingston International’s Global Trade Management, including HS & ECCN classification, import/export operations, restricted party screening, reconciliation, post entry and vendor performance management. Duties include analyzing import/export data with trade applications, creating transactional documentation and KPI reports, ensuring quality/compliance, supporting training, process improvements, and collaborating with brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, clients and regulatory bodies. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, leadership potential, MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel) and subject-matter expertise in at least one area such as Import HS Classification, Export ECCN Classification, Reconciliation/Valuation, or Broker Management. Minimum 3 years related experience; Education: High School/GED or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
