Job Summary
Lead the Traction Power personnel in the on-site installation, maintenance and repair of overhead traction power equipment to ensure the safe and effective operation of the rail network. Plan, implement, coordinate and manage worksite safe working protection as well as environmental protection. Ensure all work complies with WH&S requirements and applicable specifications and standards, including work by subordinate staff. Drive continuous quality improvement through evolving work procedures and practices. On call as required.
Required Qualifications
- Cert III Rail Traction
- Electrical Linesperson license
- NP Category ‘O’ qualification
- Current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
