Job Summary
Senior Town Planner role involves preparing and submitting planning applications and negotiating planning consents across diverse projects. Required Qualifications
- Degree level qualification in town planning or equivalent
- Private sector consultancy and/or local authority experience
- Strong technical skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong collaborative, communicative and organisational skills
- A commercial approach to planning consultancy and development
- Drive and determination
