Job Summary

Conduct subject matter expertise for employee benefits and pension programs, including completing reviews with cost/benefit analysis and evaluating program effectiveness against industry trends and market offerings. Support regular program processes through data analysis and stewardship, while participating in high-impact, large-scale Total Rewards projects to enhance the end-to-end employee experience. Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies, optimizing systems, and developing clear communication strategies to help employees understand their benefits package. Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance, governance, and internal policy standards across all programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Benefits/Pension Administration, HR Analytics, HR Systems, HR Operations, or a related field
