Job Summary
Senior Total Rewards Specialist to execute and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with the Total Rewards strategy. Responsibilities include drafting and implementing Total Rewards policies, organizing seminars for policy communication, administering compensation and benefits programs, conducting salary benchmarking and participating in Mercer salary surveys, tracking related expenses and budget, supporting labor law compliance and governance, and contributing to HR process improvements. The role requires applying data analysis skills, stakeholder collaboration, and on-site collaboration with global stakeholders, with responsibilities spanning policy development, training material creation, external partner collaboration, and program optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
- Strong knowledge of salary structures and benefits administration
- Familiarity with labor laws and market benchmarking
- Proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with HRIS systems and salary survey platforms (e.g., Mercer)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
