Job Summary
Senior Total Rewards Analyst will shape and administer Rexford Industrial Realty’s compensation and benefits programs. Responsibilities include administering base salary programs and key annual compensation processes, leading market benchmarking and analyses to ensure pay competitiveness, supporting job management activities (descriptions, evaluations, architecture, maintenance), partnering with department leaders and Finance/HRIS/People teams to maintain data integrity and support related systems, plus administering and guiding benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement, wellness) and ensuring compliance. The role also involves developing analytics, dashboards, and reporting to inform leadership decisions on compensation and benefits, monitoring regulatory developments, and supporting audits and governance for total rewards programs. Location options include Los Angeles, CA and Costa Mesa, CA with a hybrid work arrangement. The position offers a competitive salary in the $85k–$115k range, bonus eligibility, stock grants potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- CCP certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or a related discipline
