Senior Tooling Engineer, Poultry, NA

Senior Tooling Engineer skilled in fixture and tooling development for manufacturing, with expertise in fixture/tool design during concurrent product design, 3-5 axis machining, robot welding, and BOM coordination. Responsible for creating mechanical 3D models of fixtures and tooling, developing fixtures to enable new or improved manufacturing of parts, coordinating production orders and material procurement, and ensuring alignment and load application in tooling to meet specifications. Works with PDP/NPI processes, designs accessories and templates for welding and assembly processes, and collaborates with designers to drive tooling from prototype to 0-series production. Proficient in CAD design and PLM documentation management, with experience in machining, welding, and assembly environments and in leading or training junior staff as needed.
