Job Summary
Manage commercial Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals, undertake a wide variety of Commercial Valuations, and advise clients on Landlord & Tenant matters. Deliver high-quality professional advice across an established portfolio while building strong client relationships and driving new opportunities. Support the continued growth and future direction of the business within a collaborative team environment. The role offers a clear route to Director level with part-equity ownership via an Employee Ownership Trust, an annual performance bonus, and a choice of office location in Southend or Chelmsford.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Commercial / General Practice surveying experience
- Registered Valuer status
- A proven track record handling commercial Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- A commercially minded, proactive approach
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
