Job Summary
Lead senior technical point of contact throughout the implementation of multiple supply chain solutions software packages. Provide senior-level design for client-specific enhancements, proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, and maintain the project issues list by prioritizing items. Collaborate with customers to test and implement interfaces between Manhattan products or external systems, working directly with the customer project team during configuration, testing, training, and implementation. Requires 3-5 years of client-facing experience in supply chain or software, with 3 years in transportation for TLM/EEM divisions. Full-time role with up to 50% travel required. English, Italian, and French are required.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
- 3-5 years of experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization
- Up to 50% travel
- TLM (Transportation Lifecycle Management) & EEM (Extended Enterprise Management)
- 3 years of consulting experience in transportation field
- English
- Italian
- French
