Senior Title Examiner

Job Summary
Senior Title Examiner responsible for reviewing agent orders to prepare and deliver title products including Title Search Reports, Ownership & Encumbrance Reports, and Foreclosure reports. Requires proficient use of title search software (ResWare, RamQuest), conducting grantor/grantee and county-docket searches, analyzing public records and tax information to establish a complete chain of title, and collaborating with Underwriting on large transactions (1M+). Must handle multi-parcel transactions (2+ properties), provide survey reads, support legal/property analysis, and draft agent objection letters. Experience with Florida transactions, complex litigation (Bankruptcy/Probate/Foreclosure), and mapping is preferred. Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, timely, and professional title products with accountability and responsiveness to management and agent requests.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with title search systems (e.g., ResWare, RamQuest)
- Experience with Florida title transactions
- Ability to perform grantor/grantee searches
- Ability to analyze tax records and publicly recorded documents affecting title
- Experience with county docket searches and foreclosure actions
- Mapping experience and ability to interpret metes and bounds
- Experience working with Underwriting on large transactions (1 million+).
- Ability to prepare Pro Forma Policies and high-quality title products
- Detail-oriented, organized, and timely delivery of results
- Strong analytical skills and professional communication with agents and management
