Job Summary
Senior Title Closer located in Eden Prairie, MN, handling construction closings by coordinating with lenders, builders, and realtors to assemble, review and finalize closing documents. Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and underwriting policies, managing title and disbursement activities, liaising between borrowers and lenders, maintaining meticulous records, coordinating draw disbursements, understanding construction budgets, reviewing title commitments, and delivering high-level client service. Requires exceptional interpersonal and written communication, strong attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, and proficiency with closing documents and industry tools. Willingness to travel to closings as needed and to attend closings outside the office; salary is $23.00–$35.00 per hour plus commission; benefits include health, dental, PTO, 401(k), profit sharing, FSA, life/disability insurance, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in closing
- Experience with all other types of closings; refinance, purchase, and real estate transactions
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
