Job Summary
Analyze database and application performance to recommend improvements, while monitoring production environments with proactive alerting solutions. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments across containerized and traditional environments, collaborating with development teams to reduce lead times. Respond to production incidents and participate in 24x7 on-call/standby support, ensuring security, privacy, and compliance standards are maintained. Create monitoring dashboards and operational reports to track system health. This six-month contract begins in August 2026 for a role supporting mission-critical enterprise integration platforms within an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Middleware, or Integration Engineering
- Strong experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x) and TIBCO EMS
- Experience with Git
- Experience with Maven
- Experience with Ansible
- Strong scripting skills using Bash and Unix shell scripting
- Good understanding of relational databases
- Experience deploying applications on both containerized and non-containerized platforms
- Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- 1 day per week onsite
- Willingness to participate in 24x7 production support and on-call rotations

- Oracle experience
- Experience in the banking or financial services domain
- Knowledge of Risk and Compliance practices
- Experience with test automation tools
