Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integration and business process solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks, AMX BPM, and BPME 5.x. Build integrations involving RESTful web services, JSON, XML, Java, JavaScript, and SQL-based systems while monitoring application performance and system health through Azure Analytics. Troubleshoot production issues to ensure stability and participate in CI/CD and DevOps initiatives to improve deployment efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to architecture discussions and technical design reviews. Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and security guidelines throughout the full software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise integration and business process management solutions
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x, and TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x)
- Strong experience in Azure Analytics, including monitoring, alerting, and operational support
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL/MySQL, REST Web Services, JSON, XML, and UML
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and DevOps-driven environments, with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
- Relevant certifications including Azure Fundamentals, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x), and TIBCO Cloud Integration
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and learning new technologies
