Job Summary
Senior Threat Modelling Analyst with hands-on, end-to-end threat modelling for AI-enabled systems, including LLM-based architectures. Plan, facilitate, document and follow up on threat modelling activities with independence; define secure design patterns, guardrails, and mitigations for AI agents (e.g., least-privilege tool access, human-in-the-loop controls). Manage workload with initiative, engage engineering/product teams, and support workshops to promote Cyber security value across the business. Coach junior team members, contribute to bespoke integrations, and collaborate with cyber stakeholders, the wider business, and external partners. Build knowledge in regulatory requirements (TSA, PCI, SWIFT, GDPR) and architectural domains (DLP, Cloud, IDAM, Logging & Monitoring). Embrace a collaborative, professional ethos, and continue developing expertise in AI threat classes and rapidly evolving security practices. Required Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise-scale technology
- Experience in security assessment practices
- Working understanding of AI-specific threat classes (prompt injection, model abuse, data leakage, insecure plugin or tool execution, emergent agent behaviour)
- Collaborative and professional approach
- Interest in cyber security with impact mindset
- Experience in cyber security or information security environments
- Strong analytical, decision-making, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to share knowledge
- Willingness to continue developing skills and mentoring others
