Senior Therapy Coordinator at Early Start Australia – Canberra clinic. Coordinate and optimise therapist schedules and client onboarding; manage onboarding calls, risk assessments, and administration queues; oversee invoicing and service delivery summaries across NDIS, Medicare, and private funding; generate Therapy Support Plans; prepare reports on caseloads, productivity, and client data; collaborate with therapists, leadership, and external stakeholders to support children and families across 0-16 years.
