Job Summary
Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Neuroscience (CT territory) responsible for promoting BMS medicines, engaging healthcare providers with scientific dialogue, delivering in-office presentations, and driving demand within a defined CT territory. Position emphasizes field-based engagement, cross-functional collaboration, CE^3 utilization, and ongoing account planning to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining scientific accuracy and patient-centricity. Requires advanced scientific degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in pharma/biotech field roles; Neurology experience preferred; strong communication, data analysis, and CRM/tool proficiency; mentions CE^3, Speakers Bureau coordination, and external speaker programs; 100% field-based with travel to HCPs, medical groups, and practices to optimize customer experience and patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining credibility with customers across the patient care journey
- Experience in Neurology preferred
- Strong selling and promotional skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
