Job Summary
Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and crews according to project schedules while conducting material market research and contributing to cost estimates and technical bids. Review design plans to identify errors or omissions, liaise with the consultant for necessary modifications, and monitor project expenditures. Anticipate and resolve construction technical issues, verify subcontractor certifications, and communicate with public authorities and work teams. Manage daily activities for the Ellinikon Mall project within the GEK Terna Group, ensuring methodical problem-solving under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Πολιτικού Μηχανικού
- 15 έτη εμπειρίας σε κατασκευή σύνθετων κτιριακών έργων
- Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση AutoCad
- Άριστη γνώση ΜS Office
