Senior Test Manager

Senior Test Manager / Integrační Test Analytik with key responsibility for managing testing activities and ensuring the quality of changes implemented into a large-scale banking IT ecosystem. You will develop test strategies, plan and coordinate testing across project streams, and collaborate with internal and external delivery teams. Responsibilities include defect management, test status reporting to management, organizing project activities, and proactive communication with stakeholders. You will guarantee the quality of deployed changes and ensure new services and applications do not negatively impact banking processes, systems, or services used by employees and clients. Work in an environment of complex integrations, QA process coordination, and support for successful deployment of changes into production. Must-have: test management, testing strategy, planning and control of testing activities, coordination of testing teams, defect management, reporting, stakeholder management, analytical and organizational abilities. Nice-to-have: Jira, Zephyr Scale, experience with complex integrations, coordinating multiple vendor teams, knowledge of banking environment and processes.
