Job Summary
Senior Test Manager & Quality Engineer responsible for testing AI & ML solutions throughout their life-cycle, acting as gatekeeper before model risk evaluation and Go-Live. Own testing and quality assurance of platform components (model APIs, agent repository, other components), implement and execute test automation frameworks, and design reusable testing patterns. Define and evolve the testing approach aligned with the Bank's Test Strategy; automate tests using Python-based tools (Playwright-Python for UI, requests + pytest for APIs, pytest-bdd/Behave for BDD). Create AI/ML-specific test cases (evaluation pipelines for LLM outputs), integrate tests in GitLab CI/CD pipelines, plan and trigger automated executions across DEV/INT/UAT/pre-PROD environments, triage results, and communicate quality signals. Contribute to PI Planning and SAFe ceremonies; prepare test data with confidentiality in mind. Requires hands-on experience with AI/ML testing, strong Python capabilities, knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes basics, API/microservices architectures, and familiarity with SAFe/DevOps; proficient in Jira for test management. Fluency in English; German a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with data & ML platforms and their Quality Assurance/testing
