Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced test manager to develop new capabilities in test enablement, new tooling, recipe development, and analysis. Responsibilities include improving system throughput for electrical and optical tests on wafer and edge coupling platforms, developing circuit-level testing capabilities, increasing tool throughput, designing repair plans for complex failures, and collaborating with component development engineers. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10 years of relevant experience in photonic, electronic, and RF testing, and experience in lab and production scale practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 10 years of experience in photonic test or characterization, especially at wafer scale/probe scale
- 10 years of experience in electronic, RF, and photonic IC testing
- 10 years of lab and production scale practice in imaging and fiber measurement
Desired Qualifications
- PhD preferred
- Experience with software development and software management and planning
- Experience working with engineers and technologists in R&D and NPI environments
