Job Summary
Senior Test Manager responsible for owning the scope of Incident Fixing deliveries (UPL) and the quality assurance phase of larger releases. Lead Test Management & Customer Interface by coordinating customer test campaigns across SIT and UAT, aligning customer expectations with test objectives and delivery timelines. Define and maintain test plans, schedules, and exit criteria; provide clear test reporting to customer stakeholders and internal management. Manage defect lifecycles, coordinate with development teams for timely resolution, and ensure root-cause insights are captured. Drive test strategy, continuous improvement, and risk-based testing; promote best practices in QA and testing. Requires travel onsite to clients; offers hybrid/flexible working.”,
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a senior test leadership role
- Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, defect management, and test governance
- Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of test methodologies, quality metrics, and test reporting
- Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and availability to travel onsite to clients
