Senior Test Lab Technician

Job Summary
Setup and conduct complex tests of product assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components following ISO 17025 standards and work instructions without assistance. Accurately record numerical and observed data, generate test reports, and support the Project Leader in data analysis. Lead basic projects and provide direction on developing new test fixtures, methods, and continuous improvement initiatives. Handle and prepare samples for testing while maintaining lab equipment maintenance and calibration schedules. Utilize complex electronic test and measurement equipment and apply knowledge in soldering/rework of PCBs where applicable. Prioritize work to align with department goals and various project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School or GED equivalent degree
- minimum 7 years related work experience
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to adapt and function in an environment of changing priorities often under tight time constraints
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or Technical School degree
- IPC610 trained or certified
