Job Summary
Senior Test Equipment Development Engineer responsible for leading System Integration and Test (I&T) activities to develop and manage full lifecycle of complex electrical, mechanical, and software-based test equipment. Lead system integration across multidisciplinary teams, define and verify requirements, drive architectures and designs for testability, mentor engineers, manage risks and mitigation strategies, and deliver high-reliability, robust systems. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field, 5-7 years of Systems Engineering experience, and the ability to obtain a government security clearance. Location: Cambridge, MA. Salary range: $82,300 - $220,000 base (US) per year. We value collaboration, problem-solving, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field
- 5-7 years in Systems Engineering or relevant role
