Job Summary
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for software applications across Platform-as-a-Service, collaborative services, and visualization domains. Conduct manual and automated testing using UiPath and Power Automate to identify, vet, and automate IT processes, while building dashboards and reporting with Tableau, Qlik, and PowerBI. Report and document defects, collaborate with development teams for resolution, and maintain test automation frameworks to streamline testing. Work in coordination with senior engineers to align efforts with project requirements. Requires a Bachelor's degree, six years of QA experience, ICE clearance, and occasional travel to the Reston, VA office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, ideally in a government or regulated environment
- Experience with automation tools and familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) solutions
- Ability to obtain ICE clearance
Desired Qualifications
- DHS Trusted Tester certification is a plus
