Senior Test Engineer

Senior Engineer in Test responsible for designing and maintaining scalable test frameworks across web, mobile, and backend platforms, while improving reliability, speed, and signal quality across CI/CD pipelines. Partner with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to embed quality early and drive better system outcomes. Lead quality strategy and continuous improvement initiatives, including mentoring engineers, defining meaningful metrics, and leveraging AI-driven approaches to enhance testing and efficiency. Remote-first opportunity for US-based employees with the option to work in-person in the Manhattan office. Own quality end-to-end across one or more product areas; design, build, and maintain test frameworks (Web: TypeScript, Playwright; Mobile: iOS/Android; Backend APIs: BDD/Cucumber); improve CI/CD pipelines; define quality metrics; mentor engineers; drive adoption of new testing approaches; continuously reduce manual effort and improve coverage. Strong emphasis on collaboration with cross-functional teams, ownership of testing strategy, and delivering fast feedback with high confidence.
