Job Summary
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for migrating the Bill Presentment and Customer Communications platform to OpenText Exstream. Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing to validate migrated documents, data integrity, and integrations between OpenText Exstream, SAP ECC, and AWS-hosted services. Identify, document, and track defects through established processes while collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure production readiness. Prepare testing status reports, defect summaries, and evidence documentation to support release validation and business sign-off activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Test Engineering
- Strong experience with Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Data Migration and ETL Testing
- Experience testing applications integrated with SAP ECC
- Strong understanding of test planning, test case design, defect lifecycle management, and testing best practices
- Experience validating large-scale enterprise application integrations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional project teams
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OpenText Ex stream, Stream Serve, or other Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms
- Experience testing Bill Presentment, Customer Communications, Document Composition, or Statement Generation solutions
- Exposure to AWS cloud environments and cloud-hosted applications
- Utility, Energy, or Customer Services industry experience
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM, or similar platforms
- Experience with output comparison, document validation, and automated testing tools
