Job Summary
Analyze product documentation to develop detailed test cases and create comprehensive test suites covering all functionalities. Execute manual testing to validate application functionality and performance while implementing automated solutions using Playwright and Cypress. Organize User Acceptance Testing sessions to ensure stakeholder involvement and provide guidance to offshore testers for consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the TOP Overall Test Lead to align testing strategies with project objectives. Maintain a robust test strategy that supports payment solution quality and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study
- At least 5 years demonstrable experience in a Test Engineer Automation role
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with test automation frameworks, particularly Playwright
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript
- Working knowledge of Python for test automation purposes
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Xray TestRail)
- Hands-on experience in manual testing and the ability to translate complex requirements into executable test cases
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in organizing and conducting User Acceptance Testing
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for test management and tracking is a plus
- Ability to mentor and guide team members, particularly offshore testers
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
