Job Summary
Senior Test Engineer sought to support the Marine Corps Systems Command contract in Stafford, VA. Responsibilities include designing, documenting, and implementing reusable test processes, test cases, test scripts, test plans, and test scenarios with traceability back to requirements; developing and executing TES and TEMP, TRAPs, and preparing for Test Readiness Reviews; auditing sprint and developmental tests; interfacing with software developers to craft effective test strategies; creating and reviewing test reports detailing activities and results. Provides technical test engineering support across software and hardware products for AI and cloud-based solutions; supports SEER Events for Lead Systems Engineers. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of related experience, strong SDLC/testing methodology knowledge, and familiarity with Marine Corps acquisition/SETR processes. Active TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 5 years of related test engineering experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of Marine Corps Acquisition processes and the SETR Event process
- Active TS/SCI clearance
