Job Summary
Design risk-based Agile test strategies and execute functional, system, and integration tests on .NET-based applications. Analyze business requirements to validate them and translate them into logical and physical test scenarios. Contribute to improving test processes, methodologies, and test maturity within the organization while supporting sprint activities through independent planning, execution, and reporting. Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery using industry-standard tools. This role is part of a multidisciplinary Agile development team supporting a large-scale care platform and its ongoing expansions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 5+ jaar ervaring als Senior Test Engineer binnen softwareontwikkelomgevingen
- Sterke ervaring met Functioneel Testen, Systeemtesten en Integratietesten
- Hands-on ervaring met .NET-gebaseerde applicaties
- Sterke ervaring in requirementanalyse, validatie en het opstellen van testscenario's
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het implementeren en verbeteren van testmethodologieën en werkwijzen
- Ervaring met het opzetten van risicogebaseerde Agile testaanpakken voor grote en complexe applicaties
- Hands-on ervaring met testtools zoals SpecFlow / ReqnRoll, Cypress, SOAPUI, Postman, Burp Suite en SQL
- Sterk begrip van Agile methodologieën en sprintgebaseerde deliverymodellen
- Ervaring met het werken met meerdere stakeholders en cross-functionele teams
- Werk- en denkniveau op universitair niveau (WO)
- Sterke analytische, communicatieve en probleemoplossende vaardigheden

- Testcertificeringen zoals TMap NEXT®, CAT of vergelijkbaar
