Job Summary
Drive new product design by implementing analog and digital Design-for-Test (DFT) techniques during design meetings. Develop and execute high-speed test solutions at package and wafer levels using the Advantest V93000 platform, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess designs against ATE results. Support product qualification through reliability screening solutions and deploy test strategies to offshore OSATs for production ramp-up. Lead periodic test reviews to align on project progress and drive ongoing improvements in test time and yield. This role sits within the Signal Integrity Products group, developing hardware and software test solutions for data, video, and consumer communication applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in ATE semiconductor testing
- Strong background in testing high-speed mixed-signal ICs
- Hands-on experience with test solution bring-up and support at offshore test locations
- Knowledge of high-speed PCB design concepts
- Experience with schematic-level hardware design
