Senior Test Engineer (Hybrid Role)

Job Summary
Participate in new product design meetings to drive implementation of analog and digital Design-for-Test (DFT) techniques. Develop and execute high-speed test solutions at package and wafer levels using the Advantest V93000 platform, including software and hardware development. Work with cross-functional teams to assess designs based on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) results and support product qualification through reliability screening solutions. Collaborate with Product Engineering for ATE characterization to ensure performance standards, deploy test solutions to offshore OSATs for production ramp-up, and lead periodic test review meetings. Drive ongoing test time and yield improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in ATE semiconductor testing
- Strong background in testing high-speed mixed-signal ICs
- Hands-on experience with test solution bring-up and support at offshore test locations
- Knowledge of high-speed PCB design concepts
- Experience with schematic-level hardware design
