Senior Test Engineer, Electronics and Mechatronics

Job Summary
Senior Test Engineer in Electronics and Mechatronics leads testing across requirements, develops test cases and scripts (CANoe/CAPL), creates defect reports, and helps build core test libraries and test benches. You will configure remote-access test environments, work with measurement equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, temperature chamber, signal generator), participate in automation improvements, and contribute to test documentation and planning. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, CS or related field, hands-on software and system testing experience, understanding of electronics, scripting, and automotive protocols (CAN, LIN). Located in Brasov with remote option and potential relocation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electronics, Computer Science or a similar field
- Previous Software & System testing experience
- Good electronics understanding
- Knowledge of scripting language programming
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN)
- Strong team orientation, analytical skills and ability to think out of the box
