Job Summary
Design and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation strategies across desktop, web, and backend systems for large-scale medical software solutions. Implement and optimize CI/CD quality gates, performance testing pipelines, and automated validation frameworks using C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript. Introduce AI-assisted testing approaches and collaborate with developers to drive continuous quality improvements and reliability in regulated healthcare environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation engineering
- Strong expertise across multiple testing layers, including unit, integration, system, UI, performance, and stress testing
- Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript
- Practical experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and Ranorex
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI or similar CI/CD platforms
- Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and automation best practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
Desired Qualifications
- Background in C# software development
- Experience with penetration testing
- ISTQB certification
- Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools
- Experience working in regulated industries
- German language proficiency
