Job Summary
Lead end-to-end test automation initiatives and design, develop, and maintain TOSCA-based automation frameworks with a focus on SAP automation. Establish and manage test strategies, plans, and summary reports while coordinating test activities across multiple projects within the SAP landscape. Drive defect management through triage, tracking, and closure, collaborating closely with business users to guide effective testing approaches. Utilize Octane (ALM) and Jira for test management and progress tracking, contributing to version control via GitLab where applicable. Foster automation delivery with a proactive, self-driven mindset to continuously improve test processes.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 jaar totale ervaring in softwaretesten en testautomatisering
- Sterke hands-on expertise in TOSCA-ontwikkeling en automatisering
- Aantoonbare ervaring met SAP-testautomatisering
- Gedegen kennis van het opstellen van teststrategieën, testplanning en testrapportage
- Praktische ervaring met defectmanagement in grote, multi-projectomgevingen
- Werkervaring met Octane (ALM) en Jira
- Ervaring met GitLab of vergelijkbare versiebeheertools
- Het vermogen om automatiseringstesten te plannen en uit te voeren binnen complexe SAP-landschappen en releasecycli
- Het vermogen om snel en efficiënt automatiseringsoplossingen te leveren met behulp van TOSCA
- Het vermogen om business users te begeleiden en in staat te stellen testprocessen en best practices toe te passen
- Het vermogen om proactief automatiseringsuitdagingen te identificeren en praktische oplossingen te implementeren
- Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken, eigenaarschap te nemen en testinitiatieven van begin tot eind te sturen
