Job Summary

Senior Territory Sales Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across Capital Health Plan's ACA, Medicare Advantage, and Group product lines in Panama City, FL. The role blends business development, field marketing, and sales execution to drive membership growth, revenue, and brand presence. Responsibilities include developing and executing territory-based growth and market expansion strategies, building and maintaining relationships with brokers, employers, providers, and community partners, managing sales pipelines and lead generation, collaborating with internal teams on market expansion and field marketing, and utilizing CRM and MS Office tools. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication/presentation skills, data analysis capabilities, and experience in healthcare growth roles; Florida license or ability to obtain within 90 days is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four‐year college or university, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in business development, sales, field marketing, or healthcare growth roles
  • Strong ability to develop and execute territory-based growth and market expansion strategies
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with brokers, employers, providers, and community partners
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Ability to analyze market data, trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, lead generation, and conversion activities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Active Florida 2‐15 Health & Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days) (preferred)
  • Experience with ACA, Medicare Advantage, and Group insurance products (preferred)
  • Experience working in managed care or health plan environments (preferred)
  • Experience supporting growth in rural or underserved markets (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and insurance marketplace dynamics (preferred)
  • Experience leading community outreach, enrollment campaigns, and field marketing initiatives (preferred)
