Senior Territory Manager - Endoscopy - LA South

Job Summary

Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by driving incremental product adoption for the Gastrointestinal (GI) and Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) portfolios across South Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Torrance, Long Beach, and Loma Linda. Routinely visit all healthcare organizations in the assigned territory to educate physicians and nurses on clinical advantages of endoscopic technologies, establish relationships with key opinion leaders, and successfully launch new devices. Demonstrate disease state expertise through clinical product demonstrations and group interactions, while developing a thorough understanding of reimbursement environments and articulating relevant clinical journal articles. Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to share best practices, update sales action plans and forecasts, and ensure travel expenses remain within assigned budgets. Maintain administrative responsibilities in Salesforce.com, including expense reports and sales reporting, while completing all online trainings within assigned timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience
  • Associate's Degree AND 6+ years experience
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • A valid driver's license
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)

Desired Qualifications

  • Clinical sales experience with proven sales success and quota attainment (Gastrointestinal or Endoscopy sales experience highly preferred)
  • Contract negotiation experience with the regions
  • Track record of conversion success
  • IDN experience
  • Experience and advanced ability to partner and influence finance and procurement within the acute care setting
  • Business development and management experience
