Senior Territory Manager - Endoscopy - LA South

Job Summary
Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by driving incremental product adoption for Gastrointestinal and Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary technologies through clinical demonstrations and education. Routinely visit all customers within the South Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Torrance, Long Beach, and Loma Linda territory to establish relationships with healthcare professionals and physicians. Educate clinical personnel on GI product portfolios, develop thorough clinical knowledge, and update sales action plans and forecasts in Salesforce.com. Successfully launch new devices and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to accelerate sales growth while maintaining fiscal responsibility for travel expenses. Achieve positive customer feedback and influence internal partners to expand utilization of transformational medical technologies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience*
- Associate's Degree AND 6+ years experience*
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience*
- *Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- A valid driver's license
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Ability to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region (South Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Torrance, Long Beach, and Loma Linda)
Desired Qualifications
- Nice to Have Clinical sales experience with proven sales success and quota attainment (Gastrointestinal or Endoscopy sales experience highly preferred)
- Contract negotiation experience with the regions
- Track record of conversion success
- IDN experience
- Experience and advanced ability to partner and influence finance and procurement within the acute care setting
- Business development and management experience
