Job Summary
Senior Territory Manager to drive Abbott Rapid Diagnostic product sales across hospitals, private labs, clinics and institutional accounts in Pakistan. Responsibilities include achieving monthly/quarterly targets, developing territory action plans, ensuring stock through local distributors, conducting product presentations, demos and training for doctors, pathologists and lab technologists, organizing CME sessions and workshops, boosting in-clinic visibility and branding, pursuing opportunities in government sectors and NGOs, supporting tender submissions, building relationships with procurement and hospital administration, maintaining relationships with KOLs, providing after-sales support, coordinating with distributors on orders and receivables, tracking competitor activity, and delivering sales insights while ensuring compliance with DRAP and Abbott SOPs. Education/Experience mentions Science graduates or Masters with preference for Pharm D/Microbiology/Biotechnology and 2-4 years in institutional sales or distributor-related roles.
Required Qualifications
- Science Graduate/Master’s; preferably Pharm D/Microbiology/Biotechnology
- Experience in institutional sales or working with distributors will be an advantage
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in relevant field
- Strong knowledge of local healthcare market in Pakistan
