Job Summary
Teach beginner-friendly Tennis/Pickleball sessions for elementary students (Grades K–5) at Bay Area school sites using provided lesson plans; manage class sizes of 8–16; attend a 2-day training or shadowing before starting; take attendance and interact with parents/school staff; capture class photos for documentation; equipment provided; after-school programs run September–June with additional Saturday clinics; multiple programs (Tennis, Pickleball, Yoga, Soccer, PE, Dance, etc.) offered; in-person work with local applicants in Newark, CA; opportunities for back-to-back sessions and extended hours may apply; applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to travel between school sites as needed; no visa sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Teaching or playing experience in Tennis is preferred but not mandatory
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check
- Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work
