Senior Template Designer

Job Summary
Build and maintain robust, scalable template systems and design infrastructure primarily using Figma. Partner with the automation squad to review design briefs and determine how to templatize them for maximum efficiency. Collaborate with external creative agencies to simplify design principles and ensure their concepts scale smoothly. Support global brands with high-volume, e-commerce-heavy deliverables while guiding junior designers and writing internal onboarding documentation. Work hand-in-hand with project managers and QA teams to ensure all output is accurate, efficient, and top-tier quality. This role focuses on the technical side of design—production, automation, and system building—rather than traditional creative ideation.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced, hands-on experience with Figma
- Natural mindset for production, automation, and structural design
- Ability to explain technical design setups to both technical and non-technical teammates in plain, simple English
- Experience collaborating across teams (like PMs and QA)
- Ability to guide junior team members
- Pride in neat files, organized layers, thorough documentation and logical workflows
