Job Summary
Oversee the teller line to ensure operational efficiency, including scheduling breaks, verifying transactions, performing supervisory overrides, and managing cash levels as the vault teller. Model exceptional service standards by greeting customers, building rapport, and resolving routine inquiries while escalating complex issues as needed. Balance the branch by ensuring all tellers complete proof and closing procedures, assist with security protocols, and mentor less experienced staff on operations and customer service. Participate in branch sales activities, identify referral opportunities, and attend community events. This full-time role requires experience with ATM, head cash, and branch activities, with a flexible schedule including on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Good verbal, math and customer service skills
- Clerical accuracy
- Detail oriented
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with poise and tact
- Cash handling experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience in proving ATM, head cash and branch activities
- Participant in E-verify
