Senior Teller (Senior Member Service Representative)

Receive and process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and sales of money orders and cashier's checks while upholding the "We Promise" service standard. Schedule, coordinate, and monitor daily activities of teller staff, providing guidance, training, and dispute resolution support. Manage, balance, and audit ATM, vault cash, and other negotiable instruments, ensuring accurate drawer balancing and transaction controls. Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to members.
