Senior Teller/Customer Service Representative

Process a variety of financial transactions including cashing checks, receiving deposits, distributing withdrawals, processing transfers, accepting loan payments, and preparing change orders. Assist tellers and other front-line staff with more complex transactions and provide overrides or approvals on escalated matters. Additionally, support customers with opening accounts, processing check orders, issuing debit cards, and handling general maintenance on existing accounts.
